Gasoline Engine ECU(OBE)

Project Introduction:

Cooperated with Infineon AG, support for 4 cylinder gasoline engine control. With various sensors and actuators, our gasoline engine ECU can be easily up to its job in engine control, now our gasoline engine ECUs are being used in many automobile enterprises and research institutions.
 
 
Parameters:
1.Based on Infineon TC1766
cylinder
On board IGBTS or 4 discrete EST
4.ETC control with optional ISCV
5.VVT actuation
6.Stepper Motor option for cable/spring driven throttle blade control
7.VR crank interface/option for Hall interface 5V or 12V pull-ups
8.DSP knock filter (reuse PSK interface )
lambda and heaters (normal)
10.Charcoal Canister Purge
11.Single CAM phase on intake
12.All ECU I/O connector pins except supply and GND pins are to be protected against short to ground and Short to battery scenarios
13.All sensor Inputs have default operation in case of fault
14.All load inputs and outputs have diagnostics in case of fault
15.All inputs’ signal conditioning must be able to cope with transient operations and the frequency of voltage change. Low/ pass filters used in signal conditioning should not attenuate the voltage value in the operating range of the sensor inputs
16.All ECU pins must have bypass caps consideration to protect against ESD (SAEJ113-13 direct contact discharge +/-10KV, Airgap discharge +/-18KV)
17. ECU able to accept two pedal position signals
18.ECU will operate normally for Battery voltage 6V – 18V
19.Immobilizer can be SW bypassed
20.ETC driver has two enable pins (namely /ABE and DIS pin). One to be connected to PCP commanded I/O pin and another by main micro’s I/O.
